Why do many teenagers have skin problems during puberty?

Teenagers have skin problems during puberty due to the amount of hormones being pumped through their body. During puberty the body is developing at a fast pace to promote body growth and strength. The body tends to trap bad fats and carbohydrates which affect the skin. Skin problems can occur on the face, neck, back, and chest.

Why are the physical changes that happen during puberty?

For females during puberty, they will develop breasts, grow pubic and arm hair, sometimes facial hair and body odor. Some females may also have widened hips and chest while developing from an adolescent to an adult. Puberty will generally last until 18 years old.
