During puberty always make sure you talk to your parents, counselor or doctor to be informed about what's going on with your body. If you have any questions or concerns do not be afraid to ask anyone. Everyone should be willing to answer your questions while you are developing into an adult.

Each females development cycle will be different. By the age of 18 a female should be fully developed in height and breasts.
