Keep an emergency period kit in your bag or backpack during school. Inside keep 2 pads, small packet of wipes, and skirt or pants. This way if you ever have your period start during school you can take your backpack with you to the restroom and change and no one will ever know.

Hygiene is the most important thing to worry about while you are on your period. In your school backpack keep an extra pair of pants, and sanitary napkin. When you have your school lunch take your backpack with you to the bathroom and change your pad. No one will question why you have your backpack because you are at lunch. Do not feel embarrassed around other girls they all know how you feel.
