How do you diagnose PMS?

There is no way to diagnose PMS, due to the exact diagnosis isn’t set yet. The best way to diagnose yourself at home is to keep track if you have any other the normal symptoms such as cramps, headaches, backaches, bloating, angry outbursts, irritability, mild depression or skin problems.

How do you know it is PMS?

Since PMS is not something doctor’s diagnose you can not 100% determine if you have PMS. You can self diagnose if you have the symptoms for PMS which include cramps, breast tenderness, headaches, back aches, bloating, irritability, mild depression and acne.
