How do you manage PMS or premenstrual syndrome?

Not all women suffer from PMS or premenstrual syndrome. Those women who do have different levels from mild to severe. PMS can affect relationships, daily activities and often occurs more during puberty, childbirth, after miscarriage, or changes or contraception.

Why are the physical changes that happen during puberty?

For females during puberty, they will develop breasts, grow pubic and arm hair, sometimes facial hair and body odor. Some females may also have widened hips and chest while developing from an adolescent to an adult. Puberty will generally last until 18 years old. By 18 years old a female will have developed her fully body size and not grow any taller.
