How do you manage PMS or premenstrual syndrome?

Not all women suffer from PMS or premenstrual syndrome. Those women who do have different levels from mild to severe. PMS can affect relationships, daily activities and often occurs more during puberty, childbirth, after miscarriage, or changes or contraception.

How do you know it is PMS?

Since PMS is not something doctor’s diagnose you can not 100% determine if you have PMS. You can self diagnose if you have the symptoms for PMS which include cramps, breast tenderness, headaches, back aches, bloating, irritability, mild depression and acne.
