Yes, it is normal when a girl is on her period to feel tired. During this time you should work on eating healthy foods, and fresh fruit and vegetables to keep your energy up. Don’t worry about doing a lot, take this time to be lazy for a few days. Do not avoid eating food, or continuing your daily tasks, as your body still needs to be up and moving around. Many girls think if they avoid eating that this will solve all their issues. Not eating will actually cause you to be more tired because you aren’t putting any nutrients or vitamins into your body.
