Pads are used by attaching the wings or sticker straight to the underwear. Depending upon the type of underwear you wear, pads are designed to fit. Some pads have wings over the edge of the underwear that are used to fold over and stick underneath. Other pads have the sticker placed directly on the bottom of the pad without wings. It is up to you which type of pad you would like to wear.

Stores sell everything from underwear liners for spotting in between periods to super thick pads depending upon your absorbency level. They also carry feminine wipes, tampons, menstrual cups and diapers.
