"I heard about it only a few months ago and when I read about it, I couldn't help but buy. I never had any issues with pads but I solely bought this product for the sake of the environment.

Yes, the environment. Have you thought of the amount of solid, non-biodegradable waste we are producing every period? Where does that all go? The reusable cloth was environment friendly but not very hygienic, the tampons and pads are hygienic but not at all environment friendly. You..the consumer, reading this review are educated and aware. Let me remind you, solid waste management is one of the biggest issues after global warming. If this continues, it won't even take a century more to have our grasslands soon converted into wastelands. These napkins after use, are causing land as well as water pollution. A proper way to dispose them is still on the way. In such a situation, using this kind of reduce-reuse-recyclable items are way forward. If you're wondering environment issue is not your problem, you couldn't be more wrong. It's yours and as much my problem. Silky cup is one fantastic invention with noble intention. Buy your silky cup today, use it and recommend it to your friend/sister/mother... Care about the environment as much as it cares about you.
