Can I cut the stem?

Yes. The stem is there to help you break the seal when removing the cup. The stem should be completely internal as if it’s not it will cause irritation to the labia. If you feel the stem is too long, yes, you can cut it either partially or entirely. Just be careful to not pierce the bottom of the cup in the process. It’s recommended to keep at least half of the stem, however.
